We developed this website to serve our former patients and the disabled community in the Washington, DC area. The site includes a library of guides written by NRH experts on living well with Post-Polio Syndrome, Spinal Cord Injury & Disease and Stroke as well as links to many local and national resources.

Developed by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), in partnership with 21 other federal agencies, Disability.gov is a comprehensive online resource for people with disabilities. The site covers numerous subjects, including benefits, civil rights, community life, education, employment, housing, health, technology and transportation.
